We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items like face masks are not suitable for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for returns. These will be clearly marked on their product pages.
Printful-Fulfilled Products
Our products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. However, if your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, providing photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is processed.
Note: For Printful-fulfilled products, returns due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or unclaimed shipments will result in the items being returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
