Welcome to GalacticHotties.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any products, content, features, or services offered through it.
By accessing or using GalacticHotties.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Galactic Hotties
Galactic Hotties creates and offers original artwork, character content, fine art prints, limited collector editions, merchandise, and related creative works.
References in these Terms to “Galactic Hotties,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of GalacticHotties.com.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through the Site.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize or complete any purchase on your behalf.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, editions, pricing, and availability.
However, colors and visual details may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, browser, display settings, lighting conditions, or other factors. Images displayed online are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible but may not reproduce every physical characteristic exactly.
Product specifications, packaging, materials, availability, and other details may occasionally change without notice.
4. Hand-Embellished Artwork
Certain Galactic Hotties collector editions are individually hand-embellished, signed, numbered, or otherwise finished by hand.
Because these artworks contain hand-applied elements, individual pieces may contain natural differences in watercolor, texture, brushwork, color, markings, placement, intensity, or other details.
These variations are an intentional part of the individually finished artwork and do not constitute a defect.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Pricing or product-description errors.
- Inventory or availability problems.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Payment authorization problems.
- Technical errors.
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will generally be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not directly control the systems operated by those payment providers, and their own terms and privacy practices may apply to information they process.
We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, typographical, technical, or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to provide the correct information or cancel and refund the affected order.
7. Taxes
Applicable sales tax or other transaction-based taxes may be collected when required by law.
The amount of tax charged may depend on factors including your shipping address, billing information, product type, and applicable tax rules.
8. Production and Fulfillment
Some Galactic Hotties products are produced or fulfilled directly by us, while others may be manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers such as Printful.
Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once production, printing, fulfillment, or hand-finishing has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Production and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
9. Shipping
Available shipping methods and destinations will be shown where applicable during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Galactic Hotties is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other logistical issues.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to claim the shipment, or similar customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, damaged merchandise, and lost shipments are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because many of our products are made to order or individually hand-finished, certain products may be final sale except in cases involving damage, defects, fulfillment errors, or rights provided by applicable law.
11. Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Certain apparel, mugs, aprons, accessories, and other merchandise may be made to order by third-party fulfillment providers such as Printful.
Production times, product availability, fulfillment locations, shipping carriers, and manufacturing methods may vary.
If a third-party fulfillment provider experiences a production or shipping problem, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable legal requirements.
12. User Accounts
Certain features may allow or require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update information that becomes outdated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
Galactic Hotties characters, character names, logos, branding, stories, written content, graphic designs, website content, artwork, product designs, and other creative materials are owned by Galactic Hotties or their respective rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law.
Nothing on this Site grants you ownership of or a license to commercially reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or exploit our content unless we provide written permission.
Purchasing a print, product, or other physical item does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design displayed on that item.
You may not use Galactic Hotties content to create merchandise, derivative commercial products, counterfeit products, competing products, or other commercial materials without authorization.
14. Permitted Personal Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, or systems.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
- Use automated systems to excessively scrape, harvest, or disrupt the Site.
- Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful code.
- Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
- Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization.
- Violate the intellectual-property rights of Galactic Hotties or another party.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
GalacticHotties.com may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping services, analytics providers, social networks, embedded media, e-commerce technologies, and other platforms.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.
16. Crowdfunding and Kickstarter
Galactic Hotties may promote or conduct crowdfunding campaigns through third-party platforms such as Kickstarter.
A crowdfunding pledge made through a third-party platform is subject to that platform’s terms, policies, payment procedures, and campaign conditions.
Information displayed on GalacticHotties.com about a crowdfunding campaign may be provided for promotional or informational purposes. The official campaign page will control with respect to campaign-specific reward details, pledge terms, deadlines, fulfillment estimates, and other campaign conditions.
17. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that GalacticHotties.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, repair, or update portions of the Site without notice when reasonably necessary.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the operation of the Site or information provided through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galactic Hotties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Galactic Hotties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or fraudulent activity.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Site, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.
When these Terms are revised, the Effective Date at the top of this page may be updated.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
